Custom faceplate on Les Paul guitar for Guitar Hero (Wii).

Moose vectored in Photoshop and printed onto inkjet decal paper which was applied to a mirror faceplate. Small details on the guitar have also been painted with shining silver model paint.

Had some serious issues with the main part of the decal, which was quite sizeable and, without any professional tools, proved to be difficult to apply without air bubbles/folds. The first attempt was disgraceful, so this is the second. There are still many visible flaws, such as some smudging along a cut in the decal and the blatant misalignment of the main piece. There were so few bubbles in the second attempt so, in the interest of preserving my decal paper, I decided to leave it as is.
